At Lost Vaquera Trading Co., we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is made with intention — but we understand that sometimes life happens. If your jewelry gets damaged, we’re here to help.

🛠 Repair Eligibility
Most jewelry comes with a 30 day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your jewelry is out of warranty, we will gladly repair it for a $25 fee. Old pawn/vintage is not eligible for repairs.
To qualify for a repair:
- The damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or reasonable wear.
- The item must have been purchased directly from Lost Vaquera Trading Co.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

💌 How to Request a Repair
1. Email us at lostvaqueratradingco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A brief description of how the damage occurred
2. Our team will review your request and let you know if the piece is eligible for repair.
3. If approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- You are responsible for **shipping costs** to us.
- We’ll cover return shipping once the repair is complete.

⏳ Repair Timeframe
- Repairs can take up to 30-120 days.
- During busy seasons, additional time may be required — we’ll always keep you updated. You will receive a shipping notification once the repair is complete and your repair is back on it's way to you!
