🕒 Processing Time

- Orders are processed within **1–3 business days**.  
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.  
- During launches, sales, or holidays, please allow a bit of extra time — we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following U.S. shipping options:

Standard Shipping – 3–7 business days — FREE on orders $325+ | All standard orders under $325 ship for $8.99

Express Shipping – 1–2 business days — $39.99

*If an item is shipped directly from another vendor such as the Bijoux Fab, their shipping rates will be charged*

 Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  
Please allow up to **48 hours** for tracking to update after shipment.

🛑 Shipping Delays & Issues

Please note:

Lost Vaquera Trading Co. is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or customs.

If your package is marked **delivered** but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Orders come with $100 standard
insurance. We strongly encourage purchasing the Route shipping
protection at checkout for extra insurance/coverage if your order is
$100+

Once an order has shipped & has left our care it then becomes the sole responsibility of that mail carrier service. Any damages, delays, or lost items are NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. You must report & file claims with the particular mail carrier service selected.

📍 Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address?  
Email us at lostvaqueratradingco@gmail.com with your order number ASAP.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.  
Once it’s in transit, changes can’t be made.

If Lost Vaquera Trading Co. receives a
package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided
being undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying the
additional shipping cost for the second shipment to the correct address.

You will receive an email from lostvaqueratradingco@gmail.com if we have run into this issue with your order. 

An invoice will be sent for the additional shipping cost of a new
label, and must be paid promptly. Your order will not ship until the
invoice is paid.

We want you to love your purchase from Lost Vaquera! If you’re not
completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns. Please read our
policy below for the details.

 📝 Return Policy -- NO REFUNDS. WE OFFER STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We accept returns on items that are not final sale within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags still attached.  

Sale items & gift cards are **non-refundable** and final sale. 

All vintage and live sale jewelry purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Regular-priced jewelry may be returned within our return window and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Please include your packing slip and ensure the return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a
trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t
guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you send through USPS, or UPS we are not liable for it until it is in our hands.

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products,
we do NOT offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for
making a separate purchase for the desired size, color, or any other
variation.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process
your store credit. You’ll be notified by email once it is processed.
