Orders come with $100 standard
insurance. We strongly encourage purchasing the Route shipping
protection at checkout for extra insurance/coverage if your order is
$100+
Once an order has shipped & has left our care it then becomes the sole responsibility of that mail carrier service. Any damages, delays, or lost items are NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. You must report & file claims with the particular mail carrier service selected.

📍 Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address?
Email us at lostvaqueratradingco@gmail.com with your order number ASAP.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Once it’s in transit, changes can’t be made.
If Lost Vaquera Trading Co. receives a
package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided
being undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying the
additional shipping cost for the second shipment to the correct address.
You will receive an email from lostvaqueratradingco@gmail.com if we have run into this issue with your order.
An invoice will be sent for the additional shipping cost of a new
label, and must be paid promptly. Your order will not ship until the
invoice is paid.

We accept returns on items that are not final sale within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags still attached.

All vintage and live sale jewelry purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Regular-priced jewelry may be returned within our return window and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
